    ... so we get to the point where we plateau and we don't know why. As a dealership, we began to scrutinize everything we did, second guessing ourselves and our fellow managers.

    We expanded our advertising, hired more salespeople, even opening for extended hours in an effort to break our personal sound barrier; then came Trade In Marketplace. We have increased our sales by double digit percentages, increased our service department profit for both internal and customer pay, and decreased the number of over-priced auction vehicles we have to buy to almost nothing. Our floor traffic count is through the roof! The old adage that people want to do business with people doing business is certainly true; which is probably why I'm doing business with Autotrader and the Trade In Marketplace.

    We love the TIM tool, we show our customers what an un bias person says their car is worth and then we can only go in one direction from there, UP!  The TIM tool has helped us close our deals with  greater ease.
