After many conversations with (my AutoTrader.com Consultant) I eventually gave it a chance. I believe it is one of the best choices I have made with AutoTrader.
We have now implemented the TIM process with all of our sales staff and when the application is used correctly, it definitely makes us more profitable, increases closing ratios, and enables us to give the customer a more enjoyable buying experience.
I would and have recommended the TIM tool to others and will continue to be an advocate the program. Thank you for being so persistent with my stubbornness, it is has definitely paid off!!

If the customer thinks our bid is low, we’ll pull it up on the Trade-In Marketplace site and it will either confirm our bid is a good bid or that we are low. If we are low then we can offer them the higher AutoTrader.com bid! Also, we are getting a tremendous number of exclusive bids through the link on our own website.
